Improper customer handling

I had booked room at Baga. After reaching the location, the communicated that room provided for me in another location at candolim. I had forced to book taxi again for that location as I was much tired of whole day travel and no other option left at that time. Beach almost 1 km away. The room was stinking, bathroom fittings were partially functional. TV was no functional. The resort was in a silent location was the only advantage but far from all basic requirements. Baga to candolim and back to Baga I had forced to spent the taxi fare due to this booking. Over all a pathetic experience and request the Traveler to don't prefer this booking.
