LA Riqueza Heritage Near to Triveni Ghat

This was is my second time stay in hotel it's a wonderful experience staff is very compromisepo main point hotel is neat and clean 😊😊

The hotel was good. A staff member was helping. Only one thing was that hotel was not at triveni ghat it was near to aiims rishikesh but the mention address was at triveni ghat.

Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly good and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, making dining a pleasure. The rooms were very neat and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. I will definitely book again for sure!

Great place . Staff thst makes you feel like family. They go far and beyond to accomodate your needs. Everyone is friendly and happy. We keep coming back. The rooms are clean and very good.

Clean rooms, the mountain view wasn't really there from the room but overall was excellent

Reasons for a terrible stay - 1. As compared to price room size se terrible small 2. Washbasin is in damaged condition. 3. Bedsheet stinky and in bad condition 4. When i call for housekeeping, it is delayed by 1 hour. Alot many reason for which i've quoted terrible. No thanks. Same informed to owner also

The room is not maintained no toiletries available in the washroom bugs in the room poor service. Overall a very bad experience

Room was very basic, not as expected from a so called 3 star facility as projected in the listing. Its just ok to sleep, and u have geyser for warm water. As this was winter, anything on ac is not commentable. For the amount u pay, u hardly get the expected service. There are much better options nearby at much less price and very good rooms. I will not recommend this untill its a dire necessity.

Very poor Hotel rooms. Actually this not a hotel, it is like Dharamshala. Lift not working. Rooms and toilet not clean. Poor location.

Very impressed. Good quality hotel, rooms and bathrooms are clean. Wifi, AC were good and problems I faced. Food was also awesome. It is not too far from Triveni ghat so you can visit the ghat early morning easily.
