Jungle stay by Bilwa Estate coorg

The stay was a nightmare! The road leading to it was in terrible condition, and we had to take a pickup van from the main road as cars couldn't navigate it. To make matters worse, the stay advertised 31+ amenities, but none were available. The lack of proper lighting at night raised safety concerns, especially for women, and the food hygiene was also subpar. The final straw was when the stay keeper spoke disrespectfully to one of my friends, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, it was a disappointing and unpleasant experience.

Food was good and the location was good. Needs to improve the facilities.

overall had a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was really good, peaceful, and relaxing. The people were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the comfort of the stay. The facilities provided were nice, but I feel the complementary items could have been better in terms of variety and quality. One small drawback was the property was not so cleaned and the road leading to the property—it could definitely be improved for smoother access. Overall, a good place with warm hospitality and a refreshing environment.

we have experienced the worst stay after paying a lot of money we have booked two rooms but we have received only one room which also does not have sufficient beds we have booked stay for 9 people but we have received beds only for 7 people and the remaining two people needed to sleep down on the floor which was terrible experience we have also informed about this to your customer services we expect some compensation for this worst experience and we hope you to look into this issue and resolve this issue immediately

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately, my experience was just average. While the location had potential, the overall upkeep of the place left much to be desired. The room and common areas didn’t seem well-maintained, and there were quite a few insects around, which made the stay uncomfortable at times. There were also some basic amenities missing — most notably, there was no kettle provided in the room, which is something I usually expect as standard. The food was another area of disappointment; it could definitely be improved both in terms of quality and variety. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort, this place could offer a much better experience. For now, I’d say it’s suitable only if you’re not too particular about the details.

The property was very poorly maintained. The bathrooms were smelly and there was no ventilation. The customer service was so poor and the owner was not bothered about the people staying in the property. It was a total scam

it was right in the middle of a forest, no roads just dirt and trees, i enjoyed it

Charges are high even if you use the kitchen in spite of getting all the cooking items on your own, for 2 hours of gas usage and vessels they charge close to 1000 bucks which they don't tell it to you at the time of using.. And if you want to sit cats next to you staring at food and you all the night and try to attack you even you can visit this stay in jungle

the property location was wonderful and staff were great food was good all our family members were very happy to spend 2 days there. but only backlog was bathroom had no window not any ventilation .but was kept neat and tidy

The stay has been extremely terrible and unsafe. They are highly misleading and they are I am fighting since 1 week for this but no resolution has been given to me. What they have listed actually not true. The property is untidy unsafe There are no 2 beds in 1 room as stated by them in the independent villa Highly unsatisfied

It was really good stay amid nature with good food i want to go again

staying here itself is like a small trip having all the things including trek, forests, sunrise view etc. its all nature around. and beautiful part is it’s literally in middle of jungle. i just love it 🥰

Nice serene homestay amidst coffee plantation. Perfect spot for bird watching and to spend some time in silence. Simple yet delicious food served for extra cost.

The location of hotel was very bad as it was too far from the city and tourist point. The room condition was too bad as it was full of insects. My experience was terrible and i will recommend not to book this property.

The room didn't match the photos. Some basic amenities were missing - no ventilation or basic toiletries in the bathroom, no reading lamp or an electric kettle in the room. We had to specifically ask for towels. The food was sub-par and overpriced, with very limited options or quantity. But the worst thing was that the management allowed loud music in a location that quite obviously demanded quiet. On the plus side, the staff was very welcoming and courteous. The place was clean, well-maintained and aesthetically done up. The bed was super comfortable. Also, amazing shower.

We booked for a 1 day stay, we were two couples, rest room didn’t had ventilation at all and all only one door which was like balcony which we cant open because mesh was not there. Coming to have meals there, the cook didnt understand what we wanted we ordered at 4:30 at 6:30 he was like do we need the food now. Overall the food was also not good. The room was not properly cleaned i could see hair around. On tope of that no tv in the rooms no internet overall bad stay.
