I searched for a Hotel with two basic filters i.e. one near BHU and secondly with parking, but this Hotel starts from the second floor of the building with just about eighteen foot opening on the road in which only one car can be parked. The room was spacious but the bathroom made me feel uneasy. Above all they didn't have any fridge for essentials like if someone is traveling with Insulin like. Hotel staff was courteous and room service was OK. ๐

Excellent Service and Hospitality! I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing hotel staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The front desk team was extremely professional and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had. Personally Deep Narayan Dubey has given me excellent service and he also gave me guidance for my trip. Housekeeping kept my room spotless every day, and the room service was always prompt and courteous. Property is good but the facility mentioned by the Hotel is not updating to the mark. I have booked a room for 3 adults and 1 child. Only a double bed is provided by them. I have double checked before booking for those numbers of occupancy.

I did not feel welcomed during my stay. The overall attitude, especially from the restaurant owner, was quite uninviting. While the hotel reception in the morning was decent, the staff serving breakfast were particularly rude. The experience lacked the warmth and hospitality one would expect as a guest.

You better stay at road instead of this property. Terribly unhygienic and located at second floor in crowded areas. Traffic noice won't let you sleep while night and at ground floor there is always people gathered for some business. Stay away if u can

stayed in room no 230 for 2 nights. unlike a professional hotel. wanted tea early morning , at 6am, but kitchen was not open. also, no tea making facility in the room. flush was defective. had to use bucket to flush. not repaired even after complaint. not a very satisfying experience. ๐
