soloRoom tiles was broken. When I tried to call reception for water I have called many times reception didn't received calls and I have to go to reception and tell them for help. Pathetic service.

Terrible horrifying address, broken lift,

As the ac wasn't working we checked out, the entrance was horrifying, very dirty, not a place to stay for families

The hotel is not so bad but the mineral water should be provided at Mrp and also the tea/coffee should be provided at a reasonable price.

Good hotel in the heart of the City

Just walking distance from Sabarmati River front flower garden, the hotel is good but surroundings and the way to reach hotel from the backside of the building is not clean. There is a variety of rooms and all are spacious, clean and hygienic. Breakfast options are very limited. There is a parking facility available. A little disappointment because the hotel has no facilities for drivers. Overall ok
