We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel truly at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food served was exceptional – every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The variety of dishes catered to different tastes, and the quality was consistently impressive throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room and bathroom were spacious enough for two people, and the hotel staff were polite and helpful, which we really appreciated. However, we faced a few issues during our stay. There were cockroaches in the room, which made it hard to relax and even caused some itching while trying to sleep. Also, the TV wasn’t working, which was disappointing. With better cleanliness, pest control, and maintenance, this place could offer a much better experience.

My room stay was truly excellent. The ambiance was relaxing, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout. I would definitely recommend this place and return again soon.

Hotel hospitality was the worst. Hot water not available. Complementary breakfast is not provided.

the room i was allotted were enterly different. Delux room does not look the same with your picture way. Lot of cockroaches were roaming everywhere. Disgusting.

Though the hotel has good review, it is not applicable for booked rooms. The room provided was unclean and sheets were unchanged. Not worth the stay.

They had given a drinking water contaminated water with lots of insects. After complaining they provided bisilery water. With out noticing with dim light i drank some water. I don’t know what will happen to me later. Also some bed bucks

Worth the money. But has negatives like the below - hotel is old and needs renovation for bathroom. Check in time was 12pm and we arrived at 5pm but the hotel room was not ready. They were preparing only after we arrived and it took half an hour which was frustrating as we were tired. Bed sheet was washed but had few dirt

The blanket, pillow cover and bed sheet are not washed full of stains. No hot water but they will say hot water available. The staff in the reception area were rude and asked too many personal questions and made me irritate. Food is below average not worth the money. There is a kerala thalasery restaurant in 100 meters from the hotel you can eat there.

Booked hotel and made payment in advance but they denied room when i arrived. Booked through makemytrip

Far away from station not just opposite. Building and room ok. Not standard as we expect

It was a proper and smooth-less experience. Helpful staff and extremely smooth check-in. The rooms are very good, including the washroom. Only small improvement would be a small light insight the wall wardrobe.

Out look hotels,Rooms, are Good and neat ambiance…….But they don’t maintain the property..if they maintain and service good

The property is located nearby coimbatore railway station. Rooms are clean and the front office staff are very co operative. Totally very satisfied stay.

Worst experience and hospitality i have ever seen in my lifetime. Hotel rules says something and when we walk in they say something. Worst customer support both from hotel and makemytrip.

good location with KG hospital closeby, pleanty of good eateries, a good supermarket etc. food quality was good and hygienic. a well appointed room with comfotable bed, ac etc though the ac temp. regulator was too higher up on the wall. altogether a very satisfactory stay with polite helpful staff too.
