HOTEL ANANT

The hotel is good. The room is also nice. We stayed in a super deluxe room which was very spacious & clean. However there is scope of improvement because housekeeping staff is slow. The location is also very good. We had breakfast & dinner at their restaurant and food was delicious & they serve fast.

We found this hotel on make my trip app, food was awesome and location is very close to ram and laxman jhula. We enjoyed local cafe food as well which very closed to this hotel. Recommended for family.

Room service was very poor as the reception number provided in room was not picking up, restaurant service of hotel was poor as hotel reception denied to provided food and snacks due to lack of staff and told that they will only provided breakfast no other restaurant service was provided, there were no toilet papers in washroom, room service and hospitality of hotel was pathetic, hotel staff was not co-operative at all, in bathroom toothpaste and brush which is a basic necessity was not available, iron for clothes was not available, electric kettle to make tea or coffee was not available, so overall it was not a good experience to stay here and i would suggest anyone further to book this hotel as services were overall poor. Even toilets were not cleaned in 2 days stay and towels were also changed next day evening after we requested the staff to change towels in room, rooms should be cleaned every morning when we have booked 2days stay but no hotel staff visit the room to clean it. Wi-fi service of internet of hotel was also not working on 3rd floor there were no routers to use wi-fi service of hotel, overall internet wi-fi was not provided at all in our stay. Hii. Staying is good and shawor and toilet is good too. But the restaurant is average. Out of 5 i say. This hotel is almost 3 star.

Rishikesh is my yearly family destination. This time i booked this hotel. Worst experience staff not responsive, called restaurant no one act. Lizard in room. Call reception no one bother to act. Breakfast was served hot. Hotel overly charged. No value for money

Its was great stay at the hotel, the staff is very polite and humble takes care of everything you ask. Spoke to the owner as well he took some suggestions from us. The rooftop restaurant is great place to hangout with a river view.

The location of property is in main tapovan so it helped. The room interior was great and amenities were good.

Excellent stay and food, enjoyed a lot.
