Good Stay

Good property and maintained but need upgrades for equipment’s since anyways they are charging premium pricing. Also the biggest issue is parking. No allocated space for parking is bit tricky. We went during the pre Diwali session on the day when the locals celebrate Narkasur festival which was a total mess as there was such aloud drums and music the whole night till 5 am

During festive periods such as the Narkasur celebrations, local events can lead to additional noise and crowding, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused during your visit. Mixed Experience

Our experience at the property was mixed. 1. Check in Experience - No one from Blue Kite nor the property had reached out for pre check-in. When I reached out 12 before our arrival, they cited that they didn't have my contact number hence they didn't reach out. Which was absurd, given booking was made via MMT with all details provided. 2. We reached the property around 6 p.m. due to delay in flights due to rains, there was no one to help with checkin. The security handed over the keys at the gate. Luggage as well we ourselves had to ply to the apartment given all staff had left for the day. 3. We had specifically booked a ground floor property as we had senior citizens along. However the navigation to the apartment was not as easy as it was in the listing. Puzzling stairways and level changes kept the senior citizens confused. 4. The apartment was clean, however given it was ground floor rats/mouse entered the apartments on 3 days of our trip in the evenings. The care taker was least bothered when we raised the issue, noone of the ground staff also provided any support to get the rat out of the apartment. The housekeeping staff just helped looking out in difficult places the next morning but apart from that no other help was provided. 4. The location has limited coverage via Swiggy & Zomato. Only handful of restaurants service, that too is scarce if it's raining. Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto have no service for the location. So any groceries sought need to bought by visting local shops/ market. While the location of the apartment is quiet and connectivity is good. There is a scope for improvement. Apart from regular basic house keeping services, very little support/ help is available on the location.

perfect stay for a bnb , well serviced apartment for family to stay, with basic amenities available nearby. it was a beautiful house, very well kept and looked after.
