very nice hotel supporting staff neat & clean mast hotel hai bhai itna saaf suthra hotel kabhi nahi mila service good hai location near by taj hai kabhi Agra aana hua to fir yahi rukenge

Price wise not provide the service and hotel room and facilities and room and bathroom facilities and lights

Property is located remotely. Have not taken food. Hygiene and safety standards not maintained properly. Moreover staff was not trained properly and don't know how to talk with customers.

Rooms are not clean, no air ventilation, hot water not available always, located very far from city

When we were booking the hotel we saw the complimentary breakfast available, but after reaching the hotel the manager told us we don't have this kind of rules. I learn t from this they will cheat badly on customers. So my intention is don't cheat the customer.

This is a very useless hotel, there are no facilities, the employees are also not helpful, people who ask for help are not listened to, there is a lot of noise in the room, it is like an outside hotel and the food system is bad.

I phases many problems of this place, first problem was no hot water, second one was the owner's talk way is very bad

It’s a decent hotel and definitely value for money. It is in extreme vicinity of the east gate of taj. The staff is very cooperative and helpful.

There is no restaurant. Hot water comes only on specific time for an hour. The building is too old. Doors make noises. Windows cannot be closed fully. It is in too much interior place with no proper street lights.

Worst hotel experience for the first time in my life. The room is not good, the water geezer is not working no room service person and no itinerary provided even after multiple requests. The room telephone is not working really it was a hepatic day at the hotel especially when i was with my wife and child

Wonderful experience at the hotel. Walkable distance to taj mahal. Neat and clean room with smiling welcome from the manager mr. Anil and his staff. Very clean washroom. Rain disturbed our first day plan, hotel management allowed us for extended checkout to complete our plan the next day. Even the owner of the hotel also such a nice guy, spent some time with us explaining agra. Recommending all to opt for your forthcoming trip to agra. Price is the best in the town

The rooms were neat, room service was excellent and hotel staff was very cooperative and soft spoken it is at prime location and taj mahal is nearby just walking distance. Vikram singh from hotel staff is very nice guy he treated us like a family member.

Reception staff was very rude for my quests who visited only for 2 hours. He was not allowing them to get into the room which is not expected. Also they were very arrogant on this policy and was telling us you sit in lobby with your quests.

No restaurant is available even for tea and coffe we have to go half km and bathroom s are not up to the mark, all the fittings were damage condition

Stay was uneventful. Value for money hotel. In house kitchen though limited serves good quality road. The best thing is its walkable distance from taj entrance.

It's really very nice to stay, neet and clean rooms and near to taj. It's really very good and i recommend every one who is looking good stay

Very good hotel at this price. Nearby to taj mahal. Rooms are little small but neatly maintained. Window air condition are in really good condition.
