Terrible Stay

I left this place immediately, unapproachable road, worst condition of room, rude behaviour of care taker etc. Room is at 5th floor without lift and very straight ladder was there. Never recommend to book anyone. Lock of room was also not working

This apartment is my top seller on Airbnb and MMT. Unfortunately, I had to decline the request for a third guest since the booking was for 2 adults. The room is on the 4th floor. It's worth noting that the issue was with your behavior, not my caretakers. I have all the relevant communication where they addressed you politely. It's concerning that you persisted in this manner. Furthermore, the booking was not canceled, yet you are now requesting a refund. This request cannot be accommodated. The guest's attitude problems and rudeness make them not recommended for future stays.
