Hotel is neat and clean, and remains quite for most of the day. Well located from tourist spots.

The location of the room was good and so are the facilities provided. As I booked the standard non AC room still the condition of the room was awesome. The bathroom was **** good and even contained bathtub. The lady of the homestay was very humble as she prepared food for us even in the short span of time. The food was tasty too. If I'll visit cochi in the near future I'll stay at sky rathnam homestay itself.

It was a very good stay. It was like home but with all the facilities. The staff were very nice and polite. It is little far from the fort cochin beach but walkable. Hotels and restaurants can easily locate near the home stay.

It's not home stay it's dirty lodge, if you are stay here I m sure you will be sick, because this lodge is a dustbin, empire of dirty Ness is every were, bad smell is every were even in bed & pillow, no fac

Perfect location near to all Fort cochin attractions and it's very close to Santa Cruz Basilica. For a budget stay it's OK. Their staff was good but need to concentrate on the cleanliness. Overall experience was average.

Rooms are OK ... Bathroom smelled a little ... If you wanna order breakfast tell them specifically how many pieces you want. In website it says hot water is available but if you ask them they will bring you in a bucket, ask them an hour before you Bath

Worst room. Bad smell coming from Bath room. No cleaning of bed sheet, towel. Tv not working. Food provided by them very worst. Owner is cheater and behaviour is very bad. After check in she started threatening. Very bad hotel. Please never go to that hotel

Senseless servents. No cleaning of bathroom, towel, even blanket. Extremely bad attitude of aunty. Never go there again. Servents shouted on small thing. Of guests. It's an rediculas. In this price there are so many better homestay nearby in fortkochi ?.

The stay was all about near by visiting places. The staff was good by nature They were cooperative in guiding for visiting places only problem is they are not serving any food. The rooms were clean along with bathroom.

It was a nice clean room worth the value of money and with great location where all the beach and major street market and restaurants nearby. The nature of the staff is pleasant and they own a shop where the basic things are available.

Sky Rathnam is a budget homestay in Fort Kochi. It is centrally located, walkable to all the attractions in Fort Kochi. They also serve food, so it was convenient to get some food when the restaurants were closed. Ann and Jackie were always available for any questions and requests. The room had two beds, a desk and a closet. I would like the room to be a bit more clean, but still I enjoyed my stay. There was also Wi-Fi, but it was very slow.

Room and location was good. But owner was very money minded. No other facility provided. At the time of checkout after every hour since morning she was asking about our time of leave. Rest location is awesome rooms are very clean.

As being a frequent traveler, I feel that I've made a big mistake by booking this stay. Please read it completely before you book this one. My real rating for this one is less than 1, since I wasn't have that option available, I've selected 1 as my rating. My rating is less than 1 because, 1. Room is in worst condition. The homestay itself is not as good as what they have shown in the thumbnail image. 2. There lives a lot of mosquitoes and other insects which will not let us sleep or stay for the whole day. We've not at all provided with mosquito net or any other repellents. 3. Unclean Bathroom setup. My wife's got a vomit after seeing the bathroom. Attached photo for proof 4. The Windows were small and that was the only way for air to enter inside. Hence the room was very hot. When we start to sleep, we were feeling like sleeping near the fire. 4. No water heater. We've to ask them for hot water 5. Minimal safety measures. The lock facility for the main door is not in a proper condition. Anyone can easily open the door by pushing it hard. Attached photo for proof. 6. For the first time I am seeing that hot water costs money. In the beginning they said it costs Rs. 25/bucket, but they provided only 1 liter for Rs. 25. Attached photo for proof 7. No Intercom/phone available. If we want anything, we've to go to their place and ask. Their place is not nearby, we've to walk for 100 meter. For every request we've to walk for that distance. Can anyone tell me Is this the right way to treat the guests. 8. No locker facility to keep the things that needs to be safe. 9. No Hangers available to hang clothes, we've used the bed instead. 10. Lastly, on checking out the owner asked me to pay the 4 days rent. When I said, I've paid it via makemytrip, she didn't believe and started fighting and she purposely got my Mobile phone from which I was showing the voucher proof. She handed over it only after someone explained her about the proof. What behavior is this? They would have already received the payment from MMT. Don't you think that this is a fraudulent act. What happens if nobody comes in at that situation? I believe Makemytrip will take action against them for this approach Since I booked for 4 days, I was unable to move out from there. I felt like being in a hell. I've also checked the other homestays with the same rate nearby, all were far better than this. I don't know in what crisis they cost it for Rs. 800/day, which is valuable for less than Rs. 200. I wonder how these homestays were approved by MMT. I booked this homestay by only believing that it is approved by MMT. Now I doubt MMT for booking further stays.

That was amazing to stay one night in Fort Kochi. It's a dream come true moment. The room was good. The fan was little bit noisy even though I didn't miss my mom's lullaby and the mosquitoes. Overall good.

Excellent location. Value for money assured ... Very helpful host. Slight problems in bathroom ... Shower not working properly. Snacks, mineral water, everything is available in the homestay ... Since she has a small shop downstairs ... No adequate parking space

Nice homely atmosphere. Very near to tourist places in Fort Kochi. Owner of hotel is friendly, polite and helpful. The Kerala breakfast and sea food for lunch is the best I've ever tasted. Taps in bathroom had problems. Otherwise the home-stay is clean, safe and cheap.
