Hotel is in very prominent location near Trinity circle in Manipal Centre. I spent there two nights , my room number was 418 . It's very tiny corner room with angular wall, aircon was not effective. I called service man for maintaining. Breakfast was so so bit rooftop restaurant is very interesting

Very bad experience my check-in time was 10 but came by 11.30 then to waited for 45 min for check in and check out was 5 pm 4.45 I got a call if you don’t check out in 5 min you need to pay for full day very bad experience will never ever book this hotel again

Basically hospitality was not good, rooms were not checked before allocating, my rooms toilet flush and ac was not working properly. After informing as well post checked by the engineers it was not working and I stayed their for 3 days and last day it started working

Pathetic experience. Even for asking for cutlery in the room, we were told the same would be chargeable. I think the hotel forget that they are in hospitality industry.

At the time of booking, it was mentioned that Room would be 300 SQ feet. However, the room was even smaller than 200 SQ feet. And the quality of bed sheets & towels was poor.

The property was at a great location, very comfortable and safe. The staff were very helpful and courteous - hence the stay was quite nice. They also upgraded the booking and gave a nice room. Since breakfast wasn’t included in the booking- was able to eat nearby at good restaurants , wide variety of choices. Overall great experience.
