Good hotel and very close to the beach. Had a wonderful stay. Owner is always available and helpful

The stay was too good even though one night it was very comfortable and near to beach and good restaurants as well, surely recommended to my friends who are visiting the south goa side near colva best place and calm no disturbance only peach stay.

The location was excellent, 5 min walk from the beach. Room and amenities were fair for the price. Plenty of good restaurants available close by (and also swiggy delivery was convenient) so food was sorted. It was extremely quiet and peaceful and I think that's what I liked best about the stay.

Location very good near the colva beach. Owners helpful, courteous and understanding. Breakfast and water provided on request. Restaurants nearby. Advisable to contact respective property owners/managers anywhere especially The There was a minor issue of double booking due to app issues which we and the hosts resolved cordially and on a friendly note due to the polite and very understanding nature of the hosts. We were refunded promptly for the understanding arrived at. The property is very good for a calm relaxing stay.

It was an excellent experience with least price paid. The hospitality shown by the villa owner was too good.

The host is very helpful. Our train reached early so we requested for an early check-in. They woke up at 4 am and let us in. Location is good as well. It is just 50 meters from the Colva beach. We asked for breakfast only one day and I think that's not bad too. Overall a good stay in that budget

They couldn't provide hot water in time and breakfast was only one item on first day and pav with butter and jam next day inspite of our telling them to provide breakfast by 8 am and they insisted we didnt inform the location good. Clean and simple rooms. Welcoming staff. We used this as we had to catch flight late in the night. Very close to the colva beach.

Manager was very helpful and we'll behaved. Rooms were great, big enough and clean too. Overall a nice experience for the price, would recommend!

Excellent hotel nearby the colva beach for the family. Beach is on walking distance and staff is very cooperative and you cook food and tea for yourself and family separate kitchen is there in the hotel.

The environment is good near the sea also. It's near north goa. If you wanna explore north goal and south together you can choose this

The stay was comfortable and rooms was cleaned. Bed is very much cozy. The host was good and helpful all the time whenever it's necessary. Overall great experience of stay at village by the stay.

I visited South Goa in early Feb, 2024 at a time when a large chunk of the entire district was booked out due to 45,000 people arriving for the 4-day India Energy Week conference. While it was taking place in Betul (25 km away), all good hotels (2-star plus) were booked till Colva. I was visiting the conference, and like many people stayed in Colva, the nearest available area. So, prices were on fire, but I managed to book this place and had a lovely 5-night stay. Although the place doesn't seem like much, it is spacious, clean, offers all basic facilities, and costs much lower than nearby hotels or stay in Colva. Ambiance. The place is quiet, even though it's on the main road which traverses Colva. The roads become empty by 8 PM but the one week I spent in Colva, I didn't feel unsafe. My female associates said the same. Service. My visit was made nicer by the professional and helpful hostess, who arranged a cab for me and was very courteous in the few time I spoke with her. Her family members, who help run the place, were equally nice. Liked how the hotel did not bother me with my checkout time, and I left my room a full 2 hours after the mandated time. The Price was very reasonable as compared to what the going rate was in and around Colva, the time I visited.
