Sapphire Inn

The location is quite near to the airport. The rooms and the amenities are all kept clean. The behaviour of the staff are just okay.

Booked AC room but the room size was very small.Bathroom not clean. No soap provided.

If there is no breakfast inside the hotel booked room then you have to eat in another hotel

There is no lift facility and also no kettle for hot water and tea or coffee options in the room.

Not up to the standard, no value for money, and service also not good . ...

room very durty , continue bad smell , toilet can't go ,more smell.i can't use bed because,very worst condition.

We were traveling to Munnar so wanted a decent place close Cochin Airport to spend a night after landing. Found and experienced a good night stay at Sapphire Inn which is about 0.7 km to the airport.

Firstly,we booked the hotel for one night that is for 12 hours. We checked in at 3 pm(noon) and checked out at 11 pm as we had a flight to catch from Kochi. We asked the man whether we can come back to stay if the flight gets delayed to which he completely denied and with no good reason. Logically,it was fair for us to go back to the hotel if the flight gets delayed. We had no words to say to him and we left the hotel. Very poor hotel,TV was not working,we complained about the TV,they came to repair still they couldn't make good out of it. plz search for other hotels if you are planning for kochi.

Room was neat and tidy, it was very close by to cochin airport and lot of eateries just outside hotel, very convenient

Our stay at sapphire inn was excellent! the hotel's proximity to the airport was incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk away. The room was immaculate and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally cooperative and courteous. Considering its affordable price, sapphire inn exceeded our expectations as a budget hotel. We highly recommend it for its comfort, location, and value for money.

Stay was average. No blankets were provided despite reminders. Electric fixtures were broken (fan regulator didn’t work, everything had to be asked for multiple times. Room was okay, but bed was not comfortable, broken springs. No blankets were provided throughout the night despite asking. Only one towel was provided and another one reluctantly provided after asking multiple times, despite the fact that the room was booked for 3 adults. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Will never recommend this to anyone.

Will not recommend as there is no cupboard, no towel in toilet, no any tissue in room, however easily accessible from airport. Just was there in the room only for three hours on my trip to Thailand.

Room and bed sheets are not clean. Location provided in makemytrip is not accurate, that made difficult to find this place and that too in night. Tv in room not working. Room boy and reception guy were good. They arranged food when i requested. Overall average stay

I find the hotel is fair for living. It's near to the airport. Food also available near by hotel. All we can say that fair.

Location direction indicated by make my trip through google map was very erratic. The property is having excellent staff and accommodation is well maintained.

Sufficient facilities provided for short stays. Local restaurants available nearby. 24/7 transportation available to airport

Actually the room is just near the main road and airport but ac and tv is totally not working, again and again light is off and on,

Nice place and comfortable room. Staff are cooperative and well mannered. And shop near the hotel are also very good

Room was very small and ventilation was not good. Bad smell of smoking in entire lodge. I'm not satisfied.
