The comod flush was broken, with a very stinking smell from the pillow , blanket and bed cover. AC remote battery is also not working

Very dirty room no cleaning and no food inside.

No guidance regarding the location of hotel and the phone no. Of Person@hotel not given. No location sharing. No water after 11 pm. Worst experience. Please detach this hotel as it maligns the reputation of MakeMyTrip

For solo stays this is good place. Its located in a place where all amenities are available. Staffs are friendly and approachable.

Yesa feel ho rah tha ki humne kisi or hi hotel main booking ki hain . Room main ghuste hi ajib si badbu . Na room clean hain , na dustbin saf kiya hain purna kachra waisa ka waisa hain bathroom ki to bat hi mat kro . Or staff ka behaver low quality hain ye log khud ko is hotel raja samjte hain ,bat krni nhi atti inko , yek or bat inki rooms main leakages bahut hain uper ke bathroom ke 😩😩😩

I adored the room's furniture and design, as well as the arrangement of everything. Even the cleaning was spot on.

Toilet is not clean bed cover not changed i reached the hotel night at 11:30 pm and asked for water but we don't have a bottle.

Done booking I was really amazed to see such a worse hotel. The hotel is totally different from the photos shown . Not stayed there for a single second as this hotel was very untidy, unhygienic n unsafe. Mm t and hotel guys didn't return my amount, which is really annoying. Would request not to book any hotel before checking it in reality.
