I went to that place with my wife and was happy to see the place and it's services that they were providing. The room was good and clean as shown in the photo. The food was also delicious. Only thing which I was worried about was the parking place of my car which seems to be a bit risky, but my overall experience of staying here in this Hotel O Knight Inn was a good one.

Excellent rooms, Rooms are big and comfortable. Housekeeping service was also satisfactory. We go there with our group along with family members, The location and the service amaze us to come again next time. Thanks to Make My Trip for this Hotel. Also Thanks to Hotel Staff. If we go there again, we will trying to book this Hotel O Knight Inn again.

Reasonably Good. Staff was courteous. Prompt service is the best thing of the Hotel O Knight Inn. Cleanliness was up to mark. Room was tidy. Worth to stay and value for money. I will recommend to all to have a positive option for the Hotel O Knight Inn to stay whenever visit Shillong.

Stayed for two nights the guy who did room service is really friendly. Had some issues with the check-in but MMT has solved the issue within 30 minutes.
