Very uncomfortable stay. Staffs behaviour is very rude. Room is very small, untidy and very poor. No furniture, no wardrobe and no waste basket. Service is very bad. They didn't gave us the bath towel and soap. Ac is not working and no television in that room. We are unsatisfied and they just ruined my day. This hotel is not worth for money. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

very bad room .I have booked before many Times directly from hotel. however the room was pathetic. No hot water and even a towel also. staff was so good . Corner room on second floor was so dirty. even lock of door and toilet was not working .

Offered a poor standard room as i booked from mmt. However they gave me a good room always before which was cheaper.

It is important to improve parking space, room maintenance must be improved. The staff's were good and helping minded. The sensor assisted lighting system is appreciable. It saves energy and more convenient.

We booked this hotel, but the pictures displayed in the application were significantly different from what we encountered at the hotel. Upon arrival, the hotel informed us that they did not have the room we had reserved due to all rooms being booked. Instead, they offered us a very small room on the 4th floor, which resembled a security room, and the condition of the entrance and nearby area was disappointing. we faced a prolonged delay of almost 3 hours without any assistance. It took six calls before the issue was resolved, and we were finally offered another room, which required cleaning. Despite this, we encountered further issues as the air conditioning in the room was not functional.

Not a single service was good.

I had informed the hotel that i will be reaching late. But the room was not available we i reached there and i had to wait to get one room. The room was not properly cleaned, the ac controls for the centralized ac system w as not working. It was shivering cold. Breakfast is not available at this hotel.

Hotel people not cleaning room every day

Ugly location, so many mosquito, room is very normal just like a third class lodge, inside room is there a pillar, very low size cot, in room wall is bad condition, very congested area in room, not professional hotel staff.

Even though I paid for executive room . I found the room to be small . There was no buffet breakfast also. Room had some smell also . This was the only hotel I could find at the last moment to stay on new years Eve.

Located close to city centre. This hotel offers value for money. Good service, good cleanliness, and prompt response. Limited food options for vegans though. The restaurant attached to the hotel has limited options for vegetarians.

Excellent location. Room service good. Staff are very Co operative. Near to south railway station. Easy to connect to different places inside the city. Satisfactory food available near the hotel. Altogether good experience.

I stayed 3days with family and 1day alone. Booked it as it was advertised as 3 star hoter. Expected buffet breakfast. They bring breakfast from a nearby hotel and served it cold on day one. It was so bad we informed the hotel we will not take breakfast for next two days and asked to return money charged for breakfast. They said there is no such provision. We chose not to eat breakfast from them. One day no hot water. They said because it is raining solar power not available.
