The Place was good, but the owner or the receptionist or whatever they were intentionally cutting the power and they were not providing good hospitality like complimentary water at the room every day cleaning all those things. When are we ask for something they are saying, yeah, it is coming. Light is coming something like that so hospitality was not good. The area was good. Not the property specifically, I would rate the property 15.

I had booked a Standard Non-AC room for a one-day stay at a higher price, trusting MMT’s listing. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. On arrival, we noticed the bathroom was clogged. When reported to the caretaker, he casually said “the water will go slowly” instead of fixing it. Later, we found the ceiling fan speed was stuck at the highest setting (speed 4) and could not be adjusted. Again, the caretaker dismissed it as “normal”, and even the owner could not resolve the issue. With a small child, it was extremely uncomfortable, and we had to spend the entire night switching the fan on and off just to manage. In addition to this WiFi is not working inside the room.

Atmosphere was pretty good. Cleanliness is okay. Hospitality was amazing. Agonda beach is very near to the resort. Only one problem wifi is only available inside the room,but outside is okay. Overall, recommended for peace thriving travellers.

Over all good experience, beach is just 2min walking.

Provided beds are not proper. No water provided in wash rooms snd geysers not working. Frequent power outages in room.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff took great care of us throughout our stay. Their service was excellent and made us feel truly welcomed. Highly recommended

it was an amazing place to be with family for time spending and relax.Its 50 MTRS away from Agonda beach which I like the best.

It was great and close to beach we didn't expected it to be so greate considering the low price with such a prime location downside: no outside food allowed and no hot water supply

The room is not clean. The power socket does not work sometimes and the window opens by itself as it doesn't have proper lock

Owner was friendly. Helped us with direction to nearby beaches. Receptionist helped us get the scooty in an hour. Room was also clean and tidy. Would visit again

Stay is very near to the beach, have restaurant right next to the stay so food was never a problem, manager akshada was very helpful, she was very understanding as we were not comfortable in non-ac rooms, so she provided us the ac ones.

Stay was okay. But there's nothing around this hotel not a single restaurant to eat and after 8pm the roads are like horrible

Excellent location and comfortable stay. Just that the electricity was often off. The garden was green.

As this was my 2nd visit to agonda holiday home stay, but this time i have faced issues with the mattress which was in a 2 part and while sleeping 1 of the part sleep from the bed every time we have to adjust the mattress. Rest everything thing was good. Requesting to pols change the 2 part mattressin to 1 single mattress.

Nice place and good location, very close to beach. Staff is very helpful. Room was well maintained.

The size of the room is too small. Even it was missing with basic amenities. The bathroom was not clean. Though the staff behaviour was polite but i think it was because they do not want to get bad reviews. It mentioned garden view rooms but there was no garden at all. There was a walkway and either side of the walkway rooms were available.

Worst stay i have experienced in goa. No space available for parking 4 wheeler inside hotel property but they arranged space outside their property where someone intentionally deflated tyre. Cottages provided cannot be called private as the wooden walls have lot of holes in it
