MMT is my favourite ota platform I choose blindly fir that the hotel is to amazing neet and clean .staff is very supportive and they are very loving person over all this is my favourite trip ever coz of my hotel you guys are providing to me

It was spacious and clean with a good view

Location is beautiful. On the main road with beautiful mountain and waterfall view. Rooms were decent not as shown in pictures but still decent ones. Food in cafe is good but expensive. There are less expensive options available nearby. Just for the info- No TV/Fan in the rooms.

i travelled with 9 ppl ... senior citizens and children...location, cleanliness, services are very good....they helped us in all the way possible whenever we asked fr... highly recommend property

There was no management of the hotel,wrong behaviour of the manager and staff,worst experience till date,not adjusting hotel

I stayed at Zostel Sissu and paid for a night, but the service was far from satisfactory. There’s no room service, no TV, and not even a telephone in the room to connect with the staff — basic amenities you'd expect at this price point. I had ordered peanut masala and chilli chicken and requested it to be served in my room so I could enjoy it with my drink. They simply refused and asked me to sit in the bar section instead. To make things worse, they took a long time and brought both items together, completely ruining the experience. Honestly I expected a much better level of service. Definitely not worth the price if you’re looking for comfort and hospitality.

Bad service with staff behaviour not good. Untimely service of food. Non cooperative staff. Untimely handover of room. Towels not provided

Wrongly booked it for these days whereas actual booking required was for 10th aug. No body addressed this issue

They did not allow us to enter as we were family. It was not mentioned on the booking. I travel-led 12hrs 500 kms to learn that cant stay in a confined property. Need my payment back. This is really act of fraud.

It is a great property with a gaming area. We booked bunker beds and they were clean, hygienic. Also the food was good.

The zostel had very uncomfortable bed. The geaser in the room was not working and there were freauent power cuts

Relaxing stay at zostel. The host was available at all time a for needs and guiding for sightseeing.

Do not provide towel in dormetrry. Its a bad thing for tourists. Food price is very high comparatively other hotel.

Zostel sissu offers a stunning setting, ideal for both couples and solo backpackers. It boasts spectacular views of the mountains, sissu lake, a nearby waterfall, and the chandra river. Conveniently situated on the main road, it provides easy access to grocery stores and other essentials

The rooms are so clean and spacious. I loved the furniture and the number of charging ports next to each bed in the dorm. The bathroom was good and there was geyser available 24/7 for hot water. The host put a bonfire in the night which was a nice time to socialise with other guests at the property. The common room has a heater which is a great option, which was missing in my other stays in and around this place. The best part are the views from the hostel, just mesmerising!
