Airport shuttle service is pathetic
Average hotel far away from the airport and main area. They provide free drop to airport but highly mismanaged. We almost missed our flight since they were unable to provide us a cab for drop. So don't depend on it. It is a clean hotel but dirty pool. There are no restaurants around the hotel so plan well.

Unpleasant Stay
Staff was unprofessional. Food was below average and the room was not very pleasant. Pool was also untidy.

Average Stay
It’s not located at a good spot. It’s on the other side of the city. Rooms are average. Staff is courteous. Considering the location, rates charged are not justified. Food is good.

Ok. Good hotel with descent room size. Cleanliness was good, comfortable stay. It has a small swimming pool with attached kids pool. Spa facilities also available. Book breakfast and dinner on mmt as it will be cheaper than eating directly at hotel. Overall its 4 star rating.

Overall the stay was pleasant, the pool was really dirty and the food options they mentioned were not available and we are forced to take the buffet, which doesn’t have good spread except for vegetarian options. Apart from that the cleanliness of the room and comfort was good

Excellent hospitality
familyThe hotel is just 2 km away from the major market ie Bhathu Basti and located in ample open space area. Stayed in Luxe room for three nights. Room with balcony is spacious and very good housekeeping. Excellent hospitality. Front desk executive particularly Mr Firoz and Ms Veera are helpful and very much co-operative. They have arranged the vehicles with decent drivers on time for site visits. Food was excellent, tasty and served as per the requirements. Tried both à la carte menu as well as buffet and à la carte was better. Thanks to Chef Narayan, Ajay, Prasanjit for serving tasty foods. We had morning flight and required to check-out at 07.15 am. As per our request, they have arranged nice breakfast at 06.45 am. I am very much thankful to Chef Narayan, Mr Ajay, Mr Firoz, Mr Ranjeder and Ms Veera for the excellent hospitality they have extended. Strongly recommend for guests whose primarily requirements are food, hospitality, room, housekeeping etc.

familyNice and clean place. The staff's are really good and very helpful. The best thing about the hotel is the food. We tried south indian and chinese foods both were really good. Cons: too far from the airport and food is little expensive.

Noisy hotel, rowdy guests, terrible time
coupleThe photos are a bit misleading but what's most difficult is that the hotel had a slew of guests who were noisy throughout the night. It was like staying at a boy's hostel, they couldn't control anyone at all despite multiple requests. Food was mixed, good cold coffee and roll. Horrible spring rolls. Staff seemed like they wanted to help.
