I haven't seen any service this bad
1. there is no person on reception, in fact, there is no reception. There is one table only and NO CHAIRS.
I had to literally stand for half an hour and kept calling the property manager. After half an hour of back to back calling, he sent some guy to give me the key.
Same thing happened when I left the property, there were no one to take back the keys. I had to keep the key on the table on ground floor.
2. Wifi is not simple password based, you need one password to connect to the wifi, you need to enter one more username and password in the login screen, after that you need to wait for sometime before your wifi is activated. And this is the case in 2025 when wifi is available for free almost anywhere in the country.
3. There were unusually high number of mosquitoes everywhere, I have shared numerous photos and videos of mosquitoes. I couldn't sleep for both nights all because I trusted MMT for hotel booking :(
4. This shouldn't be called "hotel" for any reason. How can hotel manager be so irresponsible.
