Experience 3- average. After inspection of the room, i had declined to check in. The property is totally misdescribed. If the homestay is described as an aggro tourism location, expectations would be built accordingly. Call it location as stay with nature and the farm as the main attraction, it would be okay. Once the room is described as deluxe, the expectations get built accordingly. The room was not worth / matching the word deluxe. When called and attempted to explain as to why i did not check in, the property owner had abusive language "i cannot tolerate criticism against my property. You just wanted a place to sleep in the night" i could have slept in a far better room at baramati or pune. I def-finitely wanted a comfortable and safe room surrounded by nature. In a farm house the presence of insects cannot be ruled out. Expectation of the mosquito net was ridiculed by the owner / manager, attributing total ignorance on my part. Great attitude. Insect safety mesh to the door / window is never adequate in a room located on a farm. Best wishes to the property and the owner of the farm consisting of marvelous plantation. But discourteous language is deplorable. May god help the owner to let out of peoud and earn little more courteous attitude. No animos, no ill will. Sabka

Sir Ours is an Agrotourism farmhouse approved by MTDC, licence given after proper inspection. We have planted aprox 350 trees over farmland of 3 acres.Cleanliness and delicious organic food are our priorities. Sir, I am sorry to say you dint notice any of this, and stuck to DELUXE .Had you stayed I promise you would have enjoyed the chirping of birds,butterflies,fragrances of flowers,sunset sunrise etc with peace and tranquillity.Regards complaint about the room ,I am sure before booking you must have seen pics posted on Mmt. which leaves no chance to complain.I am sorry your requirement of lavish rooms cannot be fulfilled at farmstay rates.You checked in at 5 pm instead on 12 noon without intimation .which I came to know when I called u at 2 pm .This was enough reason to cancel your booking ,but as I wanted you to enjoyy at our farm I called you to come at any time suitable.You came,saw the room and left the property without informing me.had u called I would have pacified you.Let me tell you, we are aware of insects on farmland so we have mesh doors and mesh windows all over the the house. In 3 yrs we hosted nearly 300 guests who have happily gone with beautiful memories. You called me in the night and started to criticize my farmhouse and the room which is having Ac cupboard TV attached big bathroom and a big hall which u didn't see. was trying to tell you what u missed. If you felt offended ,my apology. This is my first experience with MMT.i have recently started business with them .I am sorry that the name is farmstay instead as Agrotourism.which I will surely change.and also other changes mentioned by you. Wishing you good health and no hard feelings .If you would like to visit our farm again ,you are most welcome.We assure u best service and will not charge you. Regards Manisha
