Dear Mr. Ganesh Tandale Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that you felt dissatisfied with your experience. However, we would like to clarify a few important points regarding your booking. Your reservation was made at 12:32 AM, well beyond our standard check-in time. As per our hotel policy, we do not confirm or allow check-ins after 6 PM without prior approval. Despite this, you personally called and requested an exception, mentioning that your are not getting any good hotel to stay so your family, including children, was waiting. Considering your situation and with goodwill, we agreed to allow a late-night check-in. However, the booking was made for 6 adults, while 8 guests arrived at the property. In line with our policy, we only charged for the additional guests and mattresses provided—there was no overcharging or intent to harass in any way. In fact, your family expressed satisfaction with our service, enjoyed breakfast the next morning, and even had a photo shoot at our premises. We also took direct feedback from them, and it was very positive. We truly regret if there was any misunderstanding on your end. Our team strives to ensure comfort and safety
