We didn't even get a mediocre experience at this resort. We could sense a very bad odour and the bed sheets and pillow cases were very dirty. The washrooms were very nasty and water was not available for a long while. The room keepers provided us a below average kind of service. We did not find the rooms as same or even similar to the photos that were published in their advertisement posters. We don't wish to recommend or suggest anyone to prefer this resort.

No proper door lock, no lift, no room service, no water battle and glasses for room, you can see open window in bathrooms, bathroom doors is broken, no 24 hours water, room window is not closed even if you close it. No clean room.

There was no hot water. The geaser which they had was very small. It's not even enough for a baby to take a bath. We struggled to make our kids take a bath in normal water. No tv. Dish tv was not recharged. No wifi coverage on the floor where we have given the rooms. There was no power in the morning and no back up generators. Totally not worth the money

Excellent service with cleanly rooms for family stay. Really happy for the service given by this hotel management.
