The stay was good, but the service is close to poor. Dont eat from the available restaurant On the Rocks. its a shitty restaurant with absolute worse food. Had to wait 45 min just for a fried rice which was cold as ice. Bring ur drinks from outside , no drinks are available in this locat

I recently stayed at VSR Wind Wave and was overall quite pleased with my experience. The check-in process was smooth, and I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. My room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed—with a comfortable bed, crisp linens. Housekeeping kept everything in top condition, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s decor and layout. The only drawback was that the hotel restaurant was not operating during my visit, which meant I had to venture out for meals. Given the quality of the accommodations, it would have been convenient to dine on-site.

MMT please remove this property fm your app. at least give room only plans. 2. The room was not available even after 1 pm. The management is very poor. And the room is also not thoroughly cleaned.

Recently i booked a room at VSR WIND WAVE. in MMT, but they showed a small room which is uncleaned and dirty, i asked them to change the room, for that they collected 1500/- from me. I travelled there along with my post partum wife and 5th old baby. I booked along with complimentary breakfast, but they added charges for coffee and breakfast also.

Resort is closed, we couldn’t stay at the resort. Resort was seized due to some reason by government authority.

Worst response by staff . Cockroaches are found in the complimentary breakfast served by the hotel staff . I strongly suggest not to book the hotel.

The rooms are clean, The manager is humble and supportive, quick service response from staff, food is bit expensive in restaurant

Slightly overpriced, location is good, food is ok but very minimal option and takes a huge amount of time to be served. Breakfast is poor in terms of variety

The Stay was good , it was hygiene I would not recommend staying at wooden cottage as there is no heater there it's good for summer not at all for winter I has slight cold but after going there because of the cottage and climate it increases that is on me . I should have upgraded to Royal suite but Staying in Winter in Wooden cottage is not recommend but good for summers . service was 3/5 food was 0/5 it was not all good compliment ary breakfast was not at good it's not buffet food and dinner is also not so good but the housekeeping staff are all very good .

Room size is not worth the cost paid. Breakfast had cockroach in it.

Dear mmt, subject: feedback on vs r wind wave recent stay dear sir, i am writing to express my disappointment with the recent stay at your property. Despite booking and paying for an a/c deluxe room, the experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the issues we encountered: 1. Although we paid for an a/c deluxe room, the air conditioning was not functional, and we were not provided with the remote until late at night, even after several requests. 2. There was no receptionist available after the initial registration. 3. The shower in the bathroom was not working. 4. Despite requesting room service, none was provided. 5. The intercom was out of order, making it difficult to communicate with staff. 6. The kitchen was not attached to the restaurant, and we were directed to purchase food from the a. P. Tourism restaurant. 7. There was no power point available for using a coffee kettle. 8. No activities were available at the resort, contrary to expectations. Location, ambience and service were good in the resort . But food options are limited within the premises. The service in the cafe - On the Rocks which is present inside the VSR Wind Wave resort is pathetic.

Property was good value. It is next to the gali banda, the view point with strong winds and great views. This means you can catch late night or early morning foggy vibes by just stepping out of the gate! the hotel property is fairly well maintained. Has a decent in place restaurant, 'on the rocks. We stayed in one of the cottages which has a small balcony overlooking the street and has partial view of galibanda. Only issue we had was the trash everywhere even some bottles and paper inside. It is the collective responsibility of resort and municipality as its all over the hill top. Hope they fix it for a better tourist experience.
