Hotel kaafi clean aur well-maintained tha, staff bahut polite aur helpful the. Room spacious tha aur bed bhi kaafi comfortable laga. Location centrally placed thi, isliye har jagah jana easy raha. Breakfast fresh aur tasty tha. Overall, paisa vasool stay tha – definitely recommend karunga!

the property is not good for a family to stay in mathura the photos shown are totally different and rooms which are allotted are not good at all.

Room condition is very bad and no cleaning. In room smell is very irritating. No soap, no toothpaste bathroom is very small

It was a great stay here good for a family stay and for couples also and the staff is also friendly and supportive and there are good restaurants also for food nearby great place to be in mathura.

Good accommodation in ground floor 24 hours free service. Very helpful and co operative about our tour.

Room was average but service was excellent. Staff behaviour was good. Guest house is nearest from mathura railway station.

It was good for a solo traveller, best people/staff but the cleanliness was absent there it could be more comfortable if the hotel starts to give attention towards cleanliness

Lots to share about it: 1. After we reached hotel, i requested them for upgrading my booking to ac room for which they charged an extra of 500- per day which is far more than their mentioned rates on different sites. 2. Rooms are small, no proper cupboard on ac rooms, tv wasn't working for all the 4 days we stayed there. I could've checked out on the very first day of meet at the reception but i didn't want loss of money as well as experience being a media marketer about their services. 3. Room cleanings were only done at 8 am in the morning- the time when most of pilgrims visit to temples for morning aartis! so, 4 days of stay and we had no proper room cleaning done. 4. The late evening we reached, there was power cut, none of the plug points work there in rooms during power cuts. Not only plug points, ac also don't work; and on the very night of stay, inverter also failed. We observed one or two people checking out in frustration as well. 5. The owner is very good and co operative but the hotel has still a lot of areas to improve before we call it a proper hotel!

Location is good but little but inside overall good experience and little bit disappointed because bathroom cleanliness

this property is far from the main road and located on a very congested lanes and have no parking space. Stinking rooms where hardly a bed can be accommodated ( they call them suites ). Maintenance of property is in a very bad shape. Bed sheets were dirty, washroom fittings are rusted, no tower bolt in the main door, paint coming off, dampness in walls, spit marks on walls, staff is illiterate and rude well trained by mr goyal the owner of the property.

Location is good if u have next train at mathura junction but hotel room is really congested, washroom has also very little space, no lift facilities and food options are less at the hotel but the good thing is u have various options for food at the nearest

The staff were very supportive and they have nice rooms but they demand money in every thing

The room was stinging badly. No proper room services. Every extra hour is chargeable. The property owner was very rude and does not know how to talk with a customer or i would say a greedy person. Terrible stay ever. Charges were also very high according to the facilities. No television, no proper charging points, bathroom were smelling bad. Will never gone trust a mm t review.

The experience was horrible. No hygeine no cleanliness in the rooms. Bedsheet and pillow covers were stained that means they didn't change it. Washroom was dirty. Taps were so dirty that you didn't feel like touching it. Flush was not working. And power failure in the room. Despite constant requests, they couldn't fix the problem in our room
