Review Of Hotel Maharana Palace

i booked this hotel through MMT,, as it is showing mybiz assured So this should be provided GST invoice at the time of check out,, but They didn't provide...poor service

Very dirty rooms, there was pan on the walls and the floor was so stained and dirty that no one would ever think to stay again and on arrival sheets were dirty there was hairs on the sheet and seems someone used them, overall will never stay again but staff was friendly and they changed sheets and was available on every call

Nice facility provided by Pradeep Ji .Room is neat and clean. As well spacious.Location is decent .

Room service was not up to the mark. The power backup for the toilet was not there. Food is ok. Location is good.

Room were not clean. Service was average. Location was good, traveling was easy from the location.

I stayed one night, the tv is not working and the amenities are more average than the others. It's quite good.

Tv and socket (for mobile/laptop charging, towal and cusion were very dirty. Also staff behabior was very bad.

Suggested well and gave some extra time for check out

Stayed with my spouse in a big size ac room, location of the hotel was good, 600 mtrs away from new bus station, mr pradeep singh helped me to locate the hotel
