Worst experience ever.

The rooms were smelly, there were bed bugs and even a small lizard crawled upto our blankets. I had no other option but to just survive for two days as my ultimate aim was to feel the bliss of lord krishna. Once you book, there are no options to cancel or refund, even the manager denied cancellation when requested, although he was very helpful the entire two days. The hotel is not at all upto the mark and not good family wise.

booked two rooms travelling with family. one room was provided when we arrived at hotel but they took nearly one hour to give the second room keys. rooms were not clean as we asked to clean nd change the bedrolls. The geyser was not working one room TV was not there and was smelling badly. will not suggest anyone travelling with family. overall bad experience
