Very nice room, comfortable stay, courteous staff, nice food. Overall it was a lovely stay. look forward to staying again there.

Front office chack in:extra charges they took because we came little early, whereas before check in , we got information by phone that room would be available from 11am onwards. check out: done smoothly housekeeping : 50% good service also 50% bad service, good service : their work was good given exactly tea , coffee amenities , each bathroom amenities 3pcs gave, lots of water they given. bad service: evening service was little shortcut like my towels are lying in rope not remove that, my extra bed was tact properly. ALSO both morning and evening whenever we call for some tea, coffee amenities thay took huge time to ring the room bell, 1 day I call guests relation 4th times for tea coffee replenishment and it tooks more than 30mins. Mynt: buffet spread was bad , food was not refilling properly, chicken preparation was very very bad, small spread set meal: was actually good for everyone and it's good portion also good taste. wynk: we had teachers highland cream but we ask for soft drinks no one informed that it's chargeable, after we get bill we got to know that.whereas other taj property not charging soft drinks with liquor. room service : club Sandwich non veg was really good, Khichdi was also good. readymade tea: chef needs to learn properly first. we would recommend few names Mynt: Rimpa, Tanu, Puja Room service: lady ordertaker forget name she's taken order for Khichdi and ready made tea.

Food was good , Room was in Damp condition due to moisture, Overall Staff Behaviour was very good

My room was of superior twin bed category but I was offered king size bed. The room was spacious, had good toiletries, cleanliness and hospitality was superb. The buffet spread was awesome. Even the food rates were super affordable.

Best hotel in the city check in was hassle free . Room was very nice breakfast was amazing very good experience

Actually ,I have decided to book another hotel ,but my friends suggest to book vivanta . But the lady on reception on 23rd night around 10:30 ,her behaviour is very rude ;Make these changes so that your hotel ‘s review goes to another level

The stay at the property was fabulous

Absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. We especially loved the foods of Mynt resturant with its amazing staffs especially service of Mr Ashish and Ms Rimpa . A truly memorable stay—highly recommend!

Staffs were very humble, polite and professional. Property was very neat and clean. Two of the staffs in Red Pearl Komal and Simran were very helpful and they served us well.

Our stay at Vivanta Jamshedpur (28th July–2nd August) was thoroughly enjoyable! The comfort of the room, spotless pool, and delicious room service made everything special. Breakfast, included in our package, was unforgettable. Chef Mainak’s bacon and staffers like Gourav, Amiya, Rishu, Arijit, Ashish, Naresh, Ravi, and Dipanwita added a personal touch to every meal. Tinisha and Aditi made the check-in and check-out seamless. Great value for money and service that truly sets Vivanta apart. Would gladly stay again!

Dinner variety was okay but lacked taste. Breakfast had limited vegetarian options. Also, for a couple’s stay, only one toothbrush and one pair of slippers were provided — such small details should be taken care of.
