Me and missus recently did a one day trip to chanderi and had the pleasure of spending a night at this wonderful homestay called virasat for the night. I must say it exceeded all my expectations! from the warm and friendly welcome to the cozy and beautifully decorated room, every detail was thoughtfully curated to provide a memorable stay. The homestay's location was ideal, nestled in a serene environment located almost 15 kms outside chanderi local attractions. But with a vehicle to commute, it was hardly an issue. It is a newly started venture by mr. Anshul and was constructed completely out of sandstone and was very well done. He provided good recommendations for nearby local attractions, which made our short stay even more enjoyable. The hosts mr. Chandrabhan and mrs. Bhagwati were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They provided good and delicious dinner and also lit a campfire which made our stay very cozy and gave us a memorable night. The room itself was spotless and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable night's rest. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom was clean and stocked with high-quality toiletries. In the morning, we had the regular bread and omelette breakfast that was both hearty and delicious. The ingredients were fresh and locally sourced, adding a personal touch to the meal. Overall, our experience at this homestay was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming, and memorable stay at chanderi.
