Approch road not good. Property under maintenance no power backup google address to be changed. Yes. Money return is not solution. Property should be penalized and compensation to be paid to party. At present i have seen they are not bothering about your booking they make profit and trouble to booking parson

I did not get refund of 1room i booked because i am unable to attend room.

Property in under construction so we are only guest, but property owner so good and helpful

It was amazing the owner was helpful and humble for the service. Room were neat and clean with all the necessary thing included in the room. View from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing.

Not interest ok and very bad sarvice.

There was lot of mosquitoes in the property, there was no arrangement of drinking water, glass, room was dirty, bedsheets/pillow cover all were dirty. Not recommend for any other visitor's.

I stayed in a nice private room. The home stay is close to center. The owner spoke good english and his mom (who was at the hotel more frequently) was kind. Check-in was a bit cumbersome, because i couldn't find anyone at the property at first. I figured it out. The location of the hotel is incorrect on makemytrip, but correct on google maps. Orchha itself is really peaceful compared to delhi or agra and i really liked the ruins.

The property is situated near the forts n temple. Walking distance. Room was good. Owner was helpful. Good experience. Recommended

There is no kitchen, no service at all, rooms were not cleaned at all. Dirty bedsheet & blankets. No drinking water supply. Owner cares about only collecting money. There is not a single thing worth about this property.

Very near to temple. Home alike stay and very cooperative hosts.

Disappointing, foul smell in room and toilet, very noisy surrounding, no food availability near the property, host is kind. Not recommend.

Property was hard to locate, approach roads were terrible and property was under construction. They shouldn’t list it when under construction

Rooms were average but host was polite and good and that covered everything and result in good experience. Overall it's value for money.

Location is exactly as per pictures here. There is a nice view of the monuments. The rooms are really big and comfortable.

Location given in mm t needs to be corrected. Connecting roads to location is bad. Rooms & toilets are clean. Owner of property are very polite & are very good guides. Raja ram mandir is nearby. For tea & food one need to walk 200 mtrs. Night time approaching location is difficult, as hardly any street lights.

Best view of full orchha from the property. Caretaker is very much supportive.
