good and spacious rooms but the bedsheets are not washed properly and not fresh
Bad expe
The service is very bad. The property was not fully clean. When we arrived, the caretaker was still cleaning, which caused a rush and resulted in the property not being cleaned properly. There were not enough kitchen utensils to cook, and there were food leftovers from the previous guest. The surroundings were also not clean. The plates are very dirty, and the dining table is completely covered with dust

Had an amazing experience at Villa Pluto! The villa is luxury at its finest—spacious, well-maintained, and packed with all the amenities you could ask for. Akhil, the host, was super kind and made check-in a breeze. The area is peaceful, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to KIIMS Hospital and right in the heart of Trivandrum. Very nice locality ,calm and pleasant area ,very beautiful house,all rooms in the villa are clean and maintained well,24/7 security,Mr.Akhil-frndly,patience and well receiving person.we would like to come to same villa if we ever come to Kerala again.
