Room had a foul smell bed sheets, pillow cover were torn, wash room was in bad condition, even at 8 pm room was not ready it was a bad experience. Linen was in bad condition

I had booked 3 rooms it's a kind of hotel room without any facilities. No towel, no soap, no utensils, no water at room, no intercom telephone, old ac in 2 rooms

It was a worst experience of my life untrained unskilled people at reception and room i was given their were hair all over the bed sheet. It was so untidy that immediately i had to move to other hotel. Their are many good people and many good hotels in Amritsar but this was disgusting. No professional manners the owner has and one couple who is untrained in all respects and does all like cleaning sweeping and watch keeping

Low budget hotel, good for this price. The bad part is they go by the name Holiday Inn and not Trehans Ashiana. I had a lot of difficulty locating it despite reaching this place. The hoarding reads Holiday Inn. That is pathetic. They ought to change it. Except for that a good night's sleep I had.
