This property is conveniently located in Dooars @ Batabari [near Chalsa]. Neat & clean, per friendly property - I spent 3 nights with my family & pet dog here in June'25 and it was an outstanding experience altogether. Staffs are very friendly & welcoming - specially manager, Mr. Sukhen is quite helpful. They do serve quality food & in time - Cost of food is also reasonable. I recommend this property for spending time with family anytime during the year to recharge yourself & clear boredom as well.

The property, in and around, the room is very clean and beautiful. Varieties of plants throughout the campus have added special attraction. The service rendered by the staff, especially manager mr. Sukhen pal and his versatile assistant mr. Kamal, not only excellent but most affectionate as well. We spent very relaxing time in this resort. Thanks to everyone who made our visit quite memorable one.

The property is pretty new and the rooms are quite large and clean. We had booked 2 mountain view deluxe cottage rooms. A swimming pool is being built and should be ready soon. Service was prompt and food was quite good. Overall a happy experience. The manager was friendly and went out of the way to ensure a great stay in our 2 days stay!

Wonderful hospitality. Great property with plentiful of spaces around and in the cottage. Rooms are cozy, dining place is beautiful.

Services are very good but on payment through credit card they are asking for 3% extra charge. Same is not ask by other hotels.
