Very risky location and poor service

The cottage allocated to us was almost 500-700 metres down a steep hill with no lighting at night and no help to carry luggage. very dangerous steep valley road and no hot water in the room and no facilities inside.. the heater does not work and no help or caretakers available at night in case of emergency. very risky place.
