This review does not accurately represent our hotel. The guest did not actually stay with us but still posted a negative review. After check-in, they requested a refund, which is not possible as per our booking policy. We always encourage our guests to review the terms and conditions before confirming a reservation. This hotel is located between Ner Chowk and Mandi, which makes it convenient for SLBS GMCH. There is outdoor parking for about 6 cars. The room is big and well furnished. One point which disturbed my sleep was 2-3 hours of loud noise from an adjacent room on the 1st floor, where the hotel management and employees were discussing something. This stopped only around 1am at night.

soloFood was not good, i ordered veg kadai, which i found to be mixed up with other left out vegetables and therefore bore a black colour appearance. Room-size of exotic class was also very small for the tent of rs 5000/
