Review Of UDUPI REGENCY

We had booked a super deluxe room for our stay but the room given to us was below average and they didn't bother changing the room when we pointed it out . They changed for a super deluxe room charge only. No extra facilities like towels , water bottles were provided. The bed was also very bad. No extra pillow was provided. A/C was not working. Poor room service and calls made to the reception went unanswered. When asked to show any other room available the response was very rude and they argued this was the super deluxe room. Kindly refund the difference amount since we paid the full amount in advance thinking that our choice of room will be provided . Thank you 🙏

I loved the stay of 2 nights at udupi regency, hassan. The hospitality is awesome and service is world class. They have a very nice restaurant on level 0 which serves authentic south indian items and i loved the food. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

For the room rent cost it is not worth, location, parking is good, food is ok, staff need to be more professional

We were driving in from manipal on our way to bengaluru. We arrived at the check in counter around 9:30pm. We requested a simple meal to be served to the room.

Room was clean and well maintained, hotel was easily accessible and well located, restaurant could have been better associated with the lodge. No options to eat food which doesn't contain onion or garlic!

No cleanliness, bathroom was terrible seems it was not clean post previous guest left.

Udupi regency, hassan is a clean and well maintained property situated at a prime location. Its employees are helping and very generous. Only issue, breakfast is not included in the booking and if thats taken care, this will be a 5 star kind property. Thank you.
