I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel from the 18th to the 19th of February. While I had high expectations, I encountered several issues during my stay that significantly impacted my experience.
On the first night, I reported a problem with the Wi-Fi connection. I was told that there was an event taking place, which was causing temporary issues. Unfortunately, when the problem persisted the following day, I raised the issue again. I was informed that I would be moved to another room, but even in the new room, the Wi-Fi issue remained unresolved. I was then told that there was a technical issue affecting the entire building.
As a guest, I expect basic amenities like Wi-Fi to be functional, especially when traveling for business or leisure. The lack of resolution and the repeated excuses without any proper solution were disappointing.
