i booked ac room but they have given non AC room

It’s good hotel, service is good

Beds were good but bathroom was not upto the mark

Very poor maintenance. AC outlet hose is found terminated at bath rooms. This was causing inconvenience and giving foul smell. They never offered at least half litre of water in rooms. Full of mosquitoes due to open loures in bath rooms. I donot recommend this for stay not even for theee hours.

Parking facility not available lift not working water supply from taps is very pathetic, even for filling one bucket of water it's taken time for 30 mins

I have booked hotel for senior citizens. The room was in second floor. If there is no lift and rooms are in higher floors, please keep an alert, while booking. This will be helpful, when we have more luggage or senior citizens

Room was not cleaned, no drinking water supply and the bed was too dirty.

In a small place like kalburgi, this hotel is decent. New property, inexperienced but courteous staff. Don't expect a metro-type hotel experience. Close to the railway station and bus stand. Decent restaurants nearby. Budget stay.
