worst service. after check in towels and soup not provided immediately ita take time 1.30 hours and room also not hygienic

Staff has no courtesy, cockroaches on bed, bathroom is not cleand. worst experience.

Room was not clean and tv not working

The hotel manager did not provide me with an executive room which I booked on MakeMyTrip but asked me to take it or leave it whichever is available. The bathroom is not clean as the water was leaking from the pipe and there was no hot water also Finally this hotel room is not worth its price.

They are not provide water bottle, toilet not clean( water plushproblem) they are change pillow case, even i informed to desk. Tv desire chanel can't watch' only free chanel can watch, they are share internet.

It's very easy and near to railway station and all sorrounding are best. Service is best, food quality will guide by boy.

As per my booking check in time and check-out time 1st march 12pm to 2nd march 12 pm, but the hotel manager told me to check-out at 8am in the morning 2nd march which i dint like, so i have checked out at 7. 53am in the morning

Location is not good. Food was bad no hot water tv and cable was not functioning ambiance was poor

First there was no geyser and then when we asked, they told hot water will come only in the morning. And lifts is not working properly. Were also bad if we compare the price with other properties near this hotel. Toileteries was not given till we asked for 2-3 times.

I went to reception for the keys. Which was booked 4days ago and they dont have idea for it while asking for the room they are asking did you booked room bcoz all rooms are occupied. I was very disappointed for this statement and room was also very untidy and filled with used matchsticks and cigarettes. I request you to not to repeat this again.

None of the amenities worked well. Both the bedroom and washroom stunk. The blanket wasn't washed and the pillows had dirty stains. The hotel was located in a run down complex building which was very shady. I would never suggest this place for a stay.

I came with my wife late at night from other states but other hotels are not accepted because of not being updated in id cards but this hotel understands my situation thanks to this management and reception guy. Well received.
