Terrible Stay
We have booked Deluxe room but it was not at worth in that price that we had booked for. The room was full of cockroaches and even they had changes the room twice but in their super deluxe room there were so many cockroaches in washrooms and linens was stinking we won’t able to sleep whole night. At last they had pathetic breakfast puri was too oily bhaji was tasteless and we thought we can have bread butter but bread was so hard looking like it was stale bread so overall my experience was very poor.

Good hotel at best location to sta
it was a great experience. The hotel staff were very helpful. located near KSRTC bus stand. The breakfast was complementary. Good place and great service on a budget.

Pro:Property location is good having car parking place with CCTV Surveillance in front and side, complementary breakfast, water bottle, tea and coffee. Good room with hot water facilities. Staffs are very polite , courteous and supportive. Poor Stay
Not the same as our last visit. The hotel has degraded in its cleanliness and hygiene. The rooms & washrooms are not maintained properly. Bed sheets were not clean.

Stay was overpriced for the facilities in the “Superior Room”. The room was small and the blanket colour so much faded as if it is not washed.

Excellent Stay
I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with every amenity you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious with high-quality toiletries.

Terrible Stay
The bath room towels and bed sheets were old and were briwn tinted because of years of usage. Washed bathroom towels for replacing used ones as shown in the above picture were kept on the floor. Food was below average. Bathroom was not neat at all.

worst experience
businessworst experience with the hotel room, I had booked a Deluxe AC room where I got a room AC was not working and intercom also was not working which is why I had to go to reception all the time, some time we have to request for towal also and

Average Stay
soloPlace was good, room was spacious. Restaurant was closed from outside. Morning breakfast starts only after 8am.

Terrible Stay
The stay at a ooty honey huts was terrible. Room was too small and damp. The linens and towels were not clean. There was no food service at the hotel and the breakfast area was very dirty and filthy

Budget stay and average rooms. Staff and service is good.
Budget hotel, location is ok, staff and service is good. Breakfast is also ok, rooms and bathrooms are not upto the mark and needs little renovation. Mattress and bedsheets are little worn and can be improved
