Good Hotel but no food and staff.
Property is good. It is in the outskirts but the the main market is just 4km away. Rooms are spacious and clean. But the bed sheets and pillow covers are dirty. The downside is getting food during stay. There are no restaurants close by. So, you need to depend on Zomato. No lights in the parking area as it is under construction. Surprisingly the hotel was abandoned until in the morning until 9am. Absolutely no one was there during checkout. We had to do self checkout.

Unsatisfied
Not up to the mark stay. Bathroom flush and jet was not working. Room lights were fused. Bedsheets were not clean.

Good stay with good amenities - Decent Rooms, Parking, Breakfast
The experience is decent, but it can be improved. The receptionist is welcoming and helpful. The room which I got is quite big and clean. Availability of hot water is questionable. Parking space is huge for Cars, Bikes and it is in the basement. Lift is available. Morning breakfast is great with different options - Bread, Butter, Jam, Idly, Chutney, Lemon Rice, Roti, Semiya upma. The location is near to major restaurants though it is on the outskirts.

Poor Stay
There was no kitchen in facility. In the name of breakfast they bought Idly - Sambhar and upma from outside. Which was not even hot. Rooms was decent in size and was cleaned.

Property is located in a high way in outskirts of Chikmagalur. All the places are nearby so that its easily accessible . morning breakfast was very good and service was very good

Average stay
The room size is good and spacious enough for a family stay. However, the breakfast options were the same every day, and the food often ran out well before the end of the breakfast hours. Cleanliness was average — towels and bedsheets were not changed daily during housekeeping unless specifically requested or complained about. On the positive side, the parking space is sufficient and convenient.

Wonderful stay in a spacious room with all the amenities i needed, like a comfy bed, ac, mini-fridge, and clean bathroom. hotel rooms were clean. ac was pathetic. not cooling properly. the bathroom was clean. food was very bad. they didn't have a kitchen so they were bringing food from outside. the menu was the same for everyday.no eggs , no butter available in the breakfast. hotel staff was good. overall an average stay.

Terrible Stay
worst service ever i got. 1.they didn't provide the towel 2.they said complimentary breakfast but on the name of it they had only idli and nothing else. 3.even the staff is not helpful. 4.they didn't provide the water bottle. asking for water, they said that it is not included. 5.they don't have ac remote in the room. not sure for what we paid for. pathetic experience ever. surely i will not recommended this stay option to anyone. please 🙏 escalate this.. washroom water is not draining
