I recently stayed at this property and was thoroughly impressed. The location was ideal, providing easy access to nearby attractions while maintaining a peaceful environment. My stay at this hotel was a complete nightmare from check-in to checkout. Upon arrival, I was informed that the price on MakeMyTrip was a mistake, and I had to spend half an hour clarifying the issue. The room quality was appalling—broken fittings, no hot water, and a mosquito-infested space. Bed sheets were dirty and smelled. Despite paying for breakfast, the restaurant was closed, and they initially refused to provide any alternatives. After a heated argument, they reluctantly offered a plate of poha, but it had onions and garlic, despite my explicit request for a Jain meal. The staff was rude and unapologetic. This was the worst hotel experience, and I strongly advise against booking here. Avoid at all costs.
