Disgusting, frustrating, irritating and horrifying experience
Totally disgusting experience with this hotel. Rooms are not clean, they are offering rooms for couple but post that no cleaning, no new bedsheets or blanket and pillows provided. And experience comes to an horrible state at night found too many Bedbugs roaming around me when I was sleeping, I raised this concern with staff but they are not responsive nor cooperative even through talking behaviour was not so good. I’m totally unhappy with this hotel and not recommending this hotel to anyone. Attaching images please see those.
