bad experience.. pathetic service and bad location..I travelled with my family to celebrate my daughter's 1st birthday..we arrived a day early..they didn't gives us towels,soaps etc .until next day even after asking repeatedly..on the day of my daughter's birthday.. electricity went off for more than than 5 hours but no one cared to on the generator until we insisted after 3 hours of waiting.. plates spoons bowls were very bad..wifi fans geysers were also not working..my daughter's 1st birthday was completely ruined because of it..no one seemed to cared about the guest.. location was also not good as the road that goes to villa was not traceable easily and was in poor condition..we had to go again and again to receive delivery men after placing the orders for food..as they were not able to locate it..even we couldn't find it at one go..no signs nothing..i would never recommend this villa to anyone else nor i will go back again..I had expected better but it was very disappointing.
