This property is really good. The apartment size is big and the service personnel are also very nice. Only what lacks is their resturant, which has very limited choices of food, especially at night time.

Location and morning breakfast are the only positives about this property.. it’s nowhere closure to like as mentioned by MMT. Rooms were just okay, the second bed which was sofa cum bed was seer uncomfortable and bedding stinks . Food was tasteless and exorbitant costly. They have no sense of service.. room service food was sent without cutlery.. the cutlery in kitchen had spots and dust... not worth amount we paid for. One last point, the rate for same property was almost half for the folks walking directly compared to what we paid to MMT.

It was nice experience at waterfront It was nice experience at waterfront. The people are very kind. The room is very deep and clean, and the facilities at the rooms are very nice. Even they have updated my room with promenade view. The quality has the food is good as we have taken the breakfast at restaurant

Terrible Stay

coupleWe booked a hotel at the waterfront shaw in lavasa, for 3rd aug. Yesterday, we confirmed with the staff about any potential disturbances on the route, and they assured us everything was fine except for few minor hiccups on road which we also found to be true. Upon arrival, we found the bridge leading to the hotel had collapsed, just 2. 5 km from the location. Locals informed us that the bridge had been damaged a week ago, but the hotel failed to notify us. We're extremely disappointed in the hotel's lack of communication and it has spoiled our entire day plan after driving from so far. We're seeking assistance

We had informed you that there is a temporary road created to get guests to Lavasa In fact there is NO BRIDGE that is damaged. All bridges are in perfect condition. It was a small patch of road that was damaged. We wish you could have mentioned about your stay, amenities, services that was provided during your stay. Over costly for the services offered

I spent a one night with family. I didn't find anything special about the resort. I stayed in studio apartment, room was very cozy as compared to price. Vireo from room was not so pleasant, we recommended not trust resort photos. Room service was not quite enough and not too much options for dinner in restaurant.

Great stay for relaxing

Very good property, its clean and well maintained. There's an american diner themed restaurant besides reception serving mostly american meals. Breakfast buffet is also superb.

familyHotel is located at a good place close to the lake, is also close to other eateries and shops. Hotel complex is neatly maintained with very limited food choices and decent staff. Ideal place if you are looking for quite and peaceful me time. Not much is vailable in terms of sight seeing and entertainment.

Peaceful weekend without any crowd

familyHad booked this place for the extended weekend. Initially had doubts as i heard that it's more like a deserted place with not much activities. Still wanted to try out. As i heard not many tourists, mostly residents and students of a university there. Not much tourist activities except boat ride n water scooter. But the hotel location was nice. Similar to an italian set up. The hotel has a restaurant but limited options. Thankfully for breakfast we got parathas, poori, poha, omlette, bread. There are other hotels in the market which is just 4-5 minutes walk. So, just sit by the lake n spend time leisurely without much of a crowd.
