Terrible Stay

The room I booked from your site clearly mentioned that it would have a balcony, but when I reached the hotel, the staff refused to give me a balcony room. They argued a lot and kept saying that it was MakeMyTrip’s mistake, not theirs, and that they could not provide a balcony room. I book rooms through your platform every month, but this experience was very disappointing. Since a refund wasn’t possible, I was forced to stay in the small room that the hotel provided. No help was given from anywhere. Screen shot is also mentioned for your reference
