    Hello, team makemytrip at the hotel there were regular light cuts one after another and the rooms with falling paint here and there, it was definitely a really bad experience, no connection with the kitchen or anywhere else after too much of calls, 10-15 calls.     Stay is ok ok. Its an old hotel with no jet gun in washroom, having limited 3 4 option for breakfast and food is not available after 10pm. Its in the city so you will get vehicle easily from just outside the hotel.

    Utsav grand property is very big, but very poorly maintained, no hot water supply, cob webs, leaks in the walls covered with fungus, no staff to attend, pegion menance all over the property. I spite of complaint s to change the room staff was very reluctant. Very bad experience did not want to defame but not worth u are money.

    No hot water, no breakfast, there was a rain water leakage from window. House keeping staff was not there. Room cleaning was not done. Too-many mosquitoes.
