Horrible stay as you entry inside hotel no air con very bad smell even I found staff carry deodorants to remove Rooms size good but not clean at all

Hotel hygiene is good. Food quality and quantity is average. Hotel services not met with the prices of stay

The stay was just okay, had here for the first time, what i dont like was tissue papers were not there , had to ask for slippers that were not on time

Very poor maintenance, smell was very bad. Wall paper at wall is damaged, door lock was not working...

It's a beautiful property, but in poor state due to negligence, poor staff, bad maintenance. There is a bad smell all across the property..that making you feel pukish. The ACs are not well serviced. Fridge don't cool at all. Staff is not well mannered..and very rude. Food is decent, but poor service makes it avoidable.

There was a constant smell in the entire hotel.

Their is not for good about the room and foods.The room quality is not good,outer side smells and food quality foor.

I had problem with the cleanliness of the rooms, also the flush tank of our washroom was not working properly and there was particular punjent smell in th hotel everywhere

It's a excellent property with extra ordinary service and food. Really a hats off to all the staff and special thanks to mr. Subhas.

just everything was superb and all staffs are very cooperative and very helpful, specifically Gm Mr Subhash Biswas and Front office staff Mr Roshan is excellent 👌👍

Cleanliness and the amenities don’t command the tariff for this property. Staff is quite novice and clueless. Front-desk is managed by people with no hospitality knowledge. Very average.

Location was good. Food we did not try much. Morning breakfast requires improvement for sure. Value for money in point of room offered

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. My room was quite spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a good number of dishes to choose from.

The room was acceptable, though it had a slight odor. It would be beneficial to include additional toiletries, such as moisturizer, in the room.
