I initially considered rating this property three stars, but the owner's behavior at checkout was unacceptable. The room was adequate but somewhat small. The heater provided was a portable model without a fan, offering minimal warmth. The bathroom design was poor, with the shower, toilet, and washbasin placed uncomfortably close together. Additionally, the dining area is an open terrace, which can feel quite cold and uncomfortable for outdoor dining. The most disappointing aspect occurred during checkout when the owner demanded an additional INR 1000 for the heater, despite it being included in the booking details . I specifically selected a property that advertised rooms with heaters, so this unexpected demand felt unjustified. While I refused to pay, other guests might not have been aware and could have been charged unfairly.

Hygienic and great view with decent food. Staff is very cooperative so does the owner. I would highly recommend to stay here on you next bier billing trip.
